SNACKEX ASIA 2010 Exhibit Rates & Booking

Exhibitors may participate in the show by booking one of the following options:

• Shell scheme package booth - minimum 9 sq m
• Raw space - minimum 36 sq m

All international exhibitors can select booth locations sited only in premium areas at the front of the show. Please refer to the shaded area on the floorplan.

International booth packages are supplied in premium quality shell scheme materials and furnished with similarly high quality furniture. The packages include:

• Space Rental
• Booth Construction & Dismantling
• Shell Scheme Frame
• Walls
• Carpet
• Fascia nameboard
• Lighting
• Power socket
• Information counter
• 2 x Chairs
• Table
• Daily cleaning
• Overnight hall security
• Exhibitor staff entrance badges
• Catalogue entry
• Visitor invitations

Other booth sizes are possible by combining available 9 sq m booths

Booking Procedure

Please download the Exhibit Contract & Booking Form, fill in all sections, sign it and fax or email to ESA.

Booth / space locations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit payment whcih is due immidiately upon booking. No bookings will be made or reserved until the required deposit payment is received and cleared into our account.
